Care management built from clinical experience and personal commitment.
WholeHealth Concierge exists to help families who feel overwhelmed by fragmented care, unclear discharge plans, medical complexity, and the emotional stress of managing care alone.
Founder & Nurse Care Manager
Meagan Williams, RN, BSN, CCRN, founded WholeHealth Concierge after more than 15 years of critical care nursing experience at the bedside in some of the most demanding intensive care environments in California. That clinical foundation is the lens she now brings to every family she serves.
Drawing on 15+ years of critical care, private duty nursing, IV therapy, post-operative recovery support, and care coordination, Meagan understands how overwhelming it can be for families to manage providers, medications, discharge instructions, caregivers, appointments, and changing care needs simultaneously.
WholeHealth Concierge was created to bring calm, structure, and trusted clinical oversight into the home environment. Meagan's approach is rooted in professionalism, discretion, compassion, and the belief that families deserve a higher standard of support when care becomes complicated.
The WholeHealth Concierge brand, website, and digital marketing are designed and managed by PELORA Marketing, a creative-first agency for health, wellness, and functional medicine brands.
Families deserve more than fragmented care and rushed discharge instructions.
The system is fragmented.
Hospitals discharge quickly. Physicians focus on appointments. Pharmacies fill prescriptions but cannot organize them. Home care agencies send people but rarely manage clinical complexity. Families are left to fill the gap, and most have no training or time to do so.
Care should not be reactive.
The most preventable crises happen when no one is overseeing the full picture. WholeHealth Concierge was built so that families have one clinical leader watching every detail, anticipating risk, and adjusting the plan as conditions change.
Discretion is non-negotiable.
Our clients are private. Many are high-profile. All deserve confidentiality, dignity, and a service that respects the privacy of the home as much as the seriousness of the clinical situation.
Nurses lead the work.
Care management without clinical leadership is just scheduling. WholeHealth Concierge is led by a registered nurse with critical care training, ensuring every plan is built on real clinical judgment.
The principles that guide every care plan.
Clinical Integrity
Every recommendation, observation, and care decision is grounded in real nursing judgment. We do not guess.
Discretion
The home is private. We hold the confidence of every family we serve with absolute professionalism.
Continuity
One clinical lead. Consistent updates. A care plan that evolves with the client, not a rotating cast of strangers.
Family Partnership
Families are part of the team, not bystanders. We translate clinical complexity into clear next steps.
Calm Leadership
Medical situations are stressful enough. Our role is to bring composure, structure, and clarity.
Higher Standard
Care management should feel different from basic home care. We hold ourselves to a clinical, professional, and ethical standard that reflects the trust placed in us.

What is a CCRN credential?
The Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is granted by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) to RNs who have completed extensive clinical hours in critical care and passed a rigorous certification exam. It signifies advanced clinical judgment in caring for acutely and critically ill patients.
Why does a critical care background matter in concierge care?
Critical care nurses are trained to recognize subtle clinical changes early, manage complex medication regimens, interpret diagnostic data, and respond decisively to clinical deterioration. This skill set translates directly to home-based care where early recognition of changes often determines whether a patient avoids re-hospitalization.
What does BSN-prepared mean?
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a four-year undergraduate degree in nursing that includes deeper coursework in clinical research, leadership, public health, and evidence-based practice than associate-degree programs. The Institute of Medicine has recommended BSN-prepared nursing as the standard for advanced practice.
Is WholeHealth Concierge a licensed agency or a private practice?
WholeHealth Concierge operates as a private nurse-led care management practice owned and clinically directed by Meagan Williams, RN, BSN, CCRN. Services delivered fall under the California nursing practice scope of the licensed nurse providing care.
