Privacy Policy.
How WholeHealth Concierge collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated September 7, 2026.
WholeHealth Concierge ("WholeHealth Concierge," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our nurse-led care management services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when you book a consultation, call, email, message us, or complete a form on this site, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the city or area where care is needed.
- Health and care information you choose to share so a nurse can understand the situation and determine whether our services are a fit, such as a diagnosis, hospital or surgical history, medications, mobility, and the kind of support a family member needs.
- Professional details if you contact us as a physician, attorney, fiduciary, or referral partner, such as your organization and role.
- Scheduling information when you book through our online scheduling tool.
- Website usage data such as pages viewed and general device information, collected through standard analytics.
You do not have to give us health information to contact us. Share only what you are comfortable sharing, and only what is needed for us to help.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a consultation.
- To understand the care situation and determine whether our services are appropriate.
- To plan, deliver, and coordinate care with your family and your care team.
- To communicate about appointments, scheduling, and ongoing care.
- To arrange billing for services you have agreed to.
- To improve our website and our services.
- To meet legal, professional, and recordkeeping obligations.
How we handle health information
Health and care details you share are treated as confidential. They are used only to assess, plan, and coordinate care, and access is limited to the nurses and staff involved in that work. We do not sell your health information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where we take part in your care alongside licensed providers, facilities, or health plans, we handle information in line with the confidentiality obligations that apply to that work.
Testimonials, reviews, and client stories
This site includes a form for submitting a testimonial. If you submit one, you are choosing to give us content we may publish. We publish testimonials only with permission, and we will not add a full name, a photograph, or identifying medical detail without asking you first. If you would like a published testimonial changed or removed, tell us and we will do it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver our services, for example with the nurses and care staff working on your case, and with the providers, facilities, or family members you have asked us to coordinate with. We also use service providers that help us operate, including scheduling, communication, and analytics tools, and we may share information with professional advisors. We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of a client or another person.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used, including Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and professional recordkeeping requirements.
- You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to unsubscribe or by contacting us.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you entirely.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law to know what personal information we collect about you, to request a copy of it, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Where care involves a minor, arrangements and consent are handled with a parent or legal guardian.
Third-party links and tools
Our site links to other websites and uses third-party tools, including our online scheduling tool and messaging services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
