Full Recovery Day
Built for the day a patient comes home from a hip or knee replacement at Corona Regional's Total Joint Care Center, the day risk is highest and the surgical team's case manager is no longer watching. Covers vital sign monitoring, pain management coordination with the surgeon's office, mobility assistance, and medication administration per physician orders through a full first day home.
Elevated Recovery Day
The next step up for higher-acuity same-day cases, spine procedures, revision joint replacement, or multi-level orthopedic work, where a shorter stay did not mean a lighter clinical need. Adds more intensive monitoring, drain management, and closer pain titration coordination with the surgical team across a longer day.
Overnight Recovery Care
For a patient discharged in the afternoon or evening whose household cannot cover an overnight watch, or for the family bracing for the highest-risk night after a fall or fracture repair. An RN stays through the night for symptom monitoring, medication timing, and mobility assistance if the patient needs to get up.
Round-the-Clock Care
Matched to hip fracture recovery and other higher-acuity discharges from Corona Regional's rehabilitation campus, and to households where working adult children live too far past the Corona Crawl to cover a full day and night themselves. Continuous RN coverage across a full day, so care never steps down to unattended hours during the highest-risk window.
Extended Stay Recovery
