Aftercare, built around your surgery date.
A Registered Nurse reviews every aftercare request personally. Tell us the procedure, the date, and where recovery is happening, and we will call to build the right plan — from a single post-op check to full private duty nursing.
Nurse-led support for the weeks that matter most.
The period right after surgery is when most preventable complications happen — missed medication changes, wound issues caught too late, a fall during a bathroom trip nobody planned for. WholeHealth Concierge coordinates and supervises vetted RN and LVN staff who come to you, under Meagan Williams’ clinical oversight, so someone with real nursing judgment is watching for the things a family caring for a loved one alone might miss.
Aftercare support scales to what the surgery actually requires: a single in-home nursing visit in the first days home, scheduled check-ins through the highest-risk window, or full private duty nursing for a more complex recovery. If discharge itself feels rushed or unclear, our hospital discharge advocacy service can also step in before you leave the hospital.
See how this works for specific procedures on our post-surgery recovery and plastic surgery recovery nursing pages.
Tell us about the surgery.
This goes directly to our nursing team, not a call center. We typically respond within two business hours. For anything urgent, call (213) 298-3288 rather than waiting on a form.
Discretion is built into every engagement.
Many of the families we serve are private. Some are public figures. All deserve confidentiality, dignity, and a service that respects the privacy of the home as carefully as it respects the seriousness of the clinical situation.
We do not name clients. We do not share situations. We follow HIPAA-aligned practices and apply additional discretion appropriate for the families we serve.
Coverage across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside.
WholeHealth Concierge serves clients across Southern California's premium residential communities. If your city is not listed below, please reach out, we may still be able to help or refer you to a trusted partner.
Researched. Factual. From the field.
Direct answers to questions families and partners ask most often, grounded in current healthcare practice and research.
What information should I have ready for the consultation?
Helpful information includes the patient's current diagnoses, recent hospital records or discharge summaries, current medication list, primary providers, family members involved in care decisions, and a description of the immediate concerns or goals.
Is the initial consultation free?
The initial 15-minute discovery call is complimentary and used to determine fit. Subsequent assessments and engagements are private-pay.
How quickly will someone respond to my inquiry?
Inquiries received during business hours are typically responded to within a few hours. After-hours and weekend inquiries receive a response the next business day. Urgent cases involving active hospitalization or imminent discharge can be expedited.
Can I refer a friend or family member?
Yes. Many families come to WholeHealth Concierge through referrals from other clients, attorneys, physicians, and trust officers. The same consultation process applies.
