New Service

Maternal and newborn care, guided by a registered nurse.

Nurse-led support before birth, after birth, and for premature and medically fragile newborns, delivered at home by licensed California Registered Nurses. Your nurse works alongside your OB, your pediatrician, and your NICU team, reinforcing the care plan they have already set, so you are not doing the first weeks alone.

Talk With a Nurse
What It Is

Skilled nursing support for every stage, from pregnancy to your first weeks home.

Bringing a baby into the world is joyful and, honestly, a lot. Whether you are navigating a high-risk pregnancy, recovering from a C-section, or bringing a newborn or NICU graduate home, having a registered nurse in your corner changes how those first days and weeks feel.

This is skilled nursing support, education, monitoring, and coordination, provided by licensed RNs who work with your existing medical team, never in place of them. Your OB, your pediatrician, and your NICU team stay in charge of the plan. We help you carry it out at home with calm and confidence.

How We Support Your Family

Before birth, after birth, and beyond.

Care is shaped around where you are in the journey. Every visit is delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse and coordinated with your providers.

Before Birth

In-home nursing support through pregnancy, including monitoring of vital signs and symptoms, medication reminders and administration per your physician's orders, and steady bed-rest support for high-risk and antepartum pregnancies. Your nurse reinforces the plan your OB has set and helps you understand what to watch for and when to call, so you feel informed and supported as your due date approaches.

After Birth

Recovery support for mom in the first weeks at home, including C-section incision monitoring and wound-care support, pain-management support per your provider's plan, and help recognizing warning signs. For baby, your nurse offers hands-on newborn care guidance, feeding and soothing support, and safe-sleep education. It is an extra knowledgeable presence during the first nights, coordinated with your OB and pediatrician.

Premature & Newborn

Support for families bringing a preemie or NICU graduate home, including help with the transition, feeding and weight monitoring, and apnea-monitor and equipment support, all reinforcing your NICU team's discharge instructions. For medically fragile infants, your nurse provides skilled observation and nursing tasks within Registered Nurse scope and under physician orders. This care complements your neonatal and pediatric team and never replaces them.
