Traditional home health agencies operate under Medicare rules with limited visit frequency and a narrow scope. WholeHealth Concierge is a private, nurse-led care management practice. We work directly for the family, coordinate the full care picture, and our nurses have hospital-level training (ICU, ER, critical care).
